Clint Will Work As Video Analyst And Scout For The First Team

Carlstadt, N.J. - Cedar Stars Rush is happy to welcome back Clint Caso as an Assistant Coach for this 2021 USL League Two season. In his return back to the staff, Coach Caso will serve as Video Analyst and Scout for the first team.

“I am excited for the opportunity to return,” Clint stated. “I will have the ability to help players through the CSA pathway which I became so familiar with and provide guidance as I assist them in achieving their career goals.”

After an impressive youth and collegiate career, Clint joined CSA in 2015, where he also worked as the Director of Player Management for the Newark division. During his time at CSA, Caso was the Head Coach for the ’99, ’02, and ’04 teams, and in 2017, his ’99 team won the Dallas Cup for their age group. Currently, Caso is the Men’s Soccer Head Coach at the NCAA Division III level with Keystone College, and it is this current role that makes him most excited for this summer.

“A successful season would be providing players a platform to showcase their ability and a great, competitive experience that prepares them for their collegiate season,” Clint explained.

As mentioned, Clint was a youth standout with the New York Red Bulls Academy and St. Benedict’s Prep, before continuing that success with the University of Akron as he helped the Zips to back-to-back Mid-American Conference Championships and NCAA tournament appearances. While with CSA, Caso was also an Assistant Coach with his alma mater, St. Benedict’s, from 2016 to 2020 and won 3 HS National Championships in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
